I did this scene to study facial pain. Whole scene was originally done in Zbrush, including painting and sculpture. After end everything in Zbrush I exported from it about 5 layers with reflection, bump, etc.. Whereupon for the end
I linked them together in 1 picture to get the best effect.
I hope that is rather disgusting because it was the assumption.
